About The Position

This is a relationship role, not a cold-calling role. Our owner leads all high-value partner introductions - your job is to make sure those relationships never go cold. You'll keep our referral partner pipeline organized and active through consistent follow-up, CRM maintenance, and scheduled touchpoints. If you're detail-oriented, people-oriented, and energized by meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and dependable - you close every loop
  • Warm and professional communicator, comfortable representing someone else
  • Coachable and committed to following an established brand playbook
  • Genuine respect and compassion for seniors and their families
  • 2+ years in sales, marketing, business development, or coordination
  • CRM familiarity, MS Office proficiency, social media comfortable

Nice To Haves

  • Existing connections in senior living, senior care, or real estate (highly desirable)
  • Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Follow up consistently with referral partners - senior living communities, realtors, estate attorneys, hospice providers, and healthcare organizations
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and touchpoints for the owner
  • Keep CRM system current and report pipeline activity weekly
  • Deliver branded collateral and thank-you materials to partners
  • Support social media, community events, and marketing distribution
  • Capture photos, quotes, and testimonials during partner visits
