We are seeking a Senior Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this community meet both company standards and applicable laws. As the Senior Service Technician, you will help to manage, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and making repairs, provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in various maintenance areas, and be accountable for scheduling and availability for on-call and emergencies.
