About The Position

Passumpsic Bank is looking for a bright, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our organization as a Senior Service Representative.  Are you a self motivated and self directed individual who works well in a team environment? DESCRIPTION OF POSITION FUNCTION: This position is the primary contact between the Bank and its customers, accordingly it requires excellent customer service skills which can be modeled by other employees.  All customer interactions will be handled in a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.  Processing of transactions must be done efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with strict confidentiality. This position is responsible for managing the cash levels of the office, scheduling the Service Representative staff, ensuring new staff is adequately trained, and assisting in employee evaluations.   The position is also responsible for coaching and motivating staff to effectively refer bank products and services.  Helps to expand customer relationships of every bank customer by making referrals and recommending the appropriate products and services to customers.   With a full line of financial products and services, as well as expert financial advice, we’re a proven partner in the prosperity of our communities.   We focus on improving the world around us with a sincere commitment to our customers' success. Requirements

  • high school or equivalent education
  • minimum of three years of progressive work experience in job related activities
  • excellent customer service skills
  • human relations skills
  • communication skills both oral and written
  • use of numeric values
  • process large volumes of cash on a daily basis accurately and conscientiously
  • stand for long periods of time
  • lift heavy items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • good eyesight, hearing, and speech

Responsibilities
