About The Position

Koniag Data Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is currently looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative with a Secret Clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Montgomery, AL. The purpose is to provide one (1) Senior Customer Service Representative, that has the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance that has the passion and interested obtaining Security+ or equivalent certification (some lead way on obtaining this certification within 4 months). This is a great opportunity to be part of a strong team that grows the skills of our members, join a stable team (the effort has spanned multiple contract renewals and this effort is expected to continue to provide support to the DAF for the foreseeable future), and make a significant impact on the future of the DAF IT initiatives. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: The person will be responsible for the following functions: Customer Support (Remedy) management issues Coordinating multiple individual efforts on trouble shooting Website Management Manage Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS), monitor associated services Website Management, Customer Support, Manage Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS), monitor associated services. 5+ years' experience working in data center product or program management or business planning, partnering with cross functional teams i.e., technical, commercial sales, policy, finance, and legal. Knowledge of data centers technical engineering requirements

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance (Customer must approve)
  • Local to Montgomery AL
  • Security+ or equivalent certification (some lead way on obtaining this certification within 4 months)
  • Experience working with Windows based applications
  • Help desk or customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • Support the management of Windows based platforms
  • 5+ years' experience working in data center product or program management or business planning, partnering with cross functional teams i.e., technical, commercial sales, policy, finance, and legal.
  • Knowledge of data centers technical engineering requirements

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support (Remedy) management issues
  • Coordinating multiple individual efforts on trouble shooting

  • Perform routine system monitoring
  • Customer support for both on boarding new connections and resolving tickets
