The role is a full-time position located in Santa Clara, CA with an expectation of being in the office 3+ days per week. The Senior Service & Repair Planner will be accountable for the overall end-to-end FRU and Spare Parts planning, alignment and systems in direct support of the business. This includes SKU/FRU-level forecasting and trending, identifying supply/demand gap and developing strategies to resolve, maintaining Service Plant master data and working closely with cross functional partners to deliver high customer service levels. Additional responsibilities include facilitating Service & Repair Demand Review forum and identifying drivers of key performance metrics and action plans to meet/exceed business targets. This individual must possess creative problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise a high degree of business judgment and sound reasoning. The Senior S&R Planner will interact, coordinate and influence regularly with Service/Repair team and cross-functional partners including SC Planning, Operations, Engineering, Finance and R&D to ensure aligned business decisions are driven and appropriately communicated throughout the organization. This individual will report to the Surgical Robotics Strategy and Plan Leader.
