About The Position

Sustainable Talent is partnering with Nvidia a global leader who's been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a Senior Service Logistics Analyst to support our client's team based out of in Irving, Texas. This is a full-time (W-2) contract role. We are seeking a Senior Service Logistics Analyst(Contract) to support our Service Fulfillment team and work directly with Nvidia's North America Warehousing and Distribution 3PL. This 3PL manages product returns along with material storage and outbound shipments to customers. As part of their growing U.S. supply chain operations, you’ll have the opportunity to drive immediate impact by improving processes, enhancing partner performance, and ensuring on-time delivery for customers across North America and globally.

Requirements

BS degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in warehouse operations, distribution centers, or logistics.
Proactive, start-up mindset with flexibility to take on expanding responsibilities as the business grows.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills.
Experience in sales order execution for high-value, high-tech, and high-mix products.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools such as SAP.

Nice To Haves

Background in service logistics or operations support within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated partnership-building skills with suppliers and 3PL/4PL providers.
Knowledge of data analytics and/or warehouse automation systems.
Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Strong integrity, initiative, and attention to detail, with a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site daily support at the 3PL warehouse in Euless, TX, plus remote support for other 3PL and DC service providers in North America.
Partner with customers to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Repair Operations, and Sales to streamline returns and fulfill orders efficiently.
Lead and participate in daily stand-up meetings with 3PL partners to monitor operational performance.
Investigate service misses, issue corrective actions, and drive root cause resolution for SLA gaps.
Ensure customer RMA returns are routed and processed accurately.
Partner with warehouse teams to implement continuous process improvements.
Manage the shipment backlog/issue log in collaboration with Sales, Account Management, CQE, and CPM teams; escalate as needed.
Prepare performance scorecards and metrics for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Lead and support projects that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
