Essential Responsibilities Responsible for Coordination of any or all of these three functions within Service: The daily coordination of service activities, daily coordination and resolution of warranty issues, or processing all parts quotations and sales. Respond to customer-initiated product performance issues. Investigate and report the root cause and responsibility of warranty issues. Determine product adherence with purchase order requirements. Process warranty order entry documentation. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production, and field service personnel to facilitate warranty resolution requirements. Receive warranty requests for investigation and resolution. Record all warranty information for statistical review. Review Service sales inquiries.
