Alloy is seeking a Senior SEO & Search Strategist to lead organic search strategy across a portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for translating business goals into actionable search initiatives, guiding day-to-day SEO direction, and playing a critical part in helping clients adapt to AI-native search experiences, including generative results, entity-driven discovery, and evolving zero-click environments. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on ownership and decision-making, serving as the primary day-to-day search owner on assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading accounts and is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy in setting priorities, making data-backed recommendations, and partnering closely with internal analytics, content, and paid media teams guiding execution to drive measurable growth. The position reports to the Director of SEO & Analytics and plays a key role in scaling Alloy’s next phase of search strategy, including AEO and generative search visibility. This is a hands-on strategic role. The ideal candidate can both define direction and execute key initiatives when needed, ensuring strategies move from recommendation to real-world impact. They should be comfortable independently leading client engagements and representing search strategy in executive-level conversations.
