As a Technical Lead - SDET, the role involves developing and maintaining automation frameworks, tools, and scripts to ensure software quality, participating in code reviews, developing test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Requirements

• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright and TestNG.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java.
• Expertise in using interfaces, inheritance and abstraction in an automation framework.
• Experience handling dependency injection or configuration management in Java based frameworks.
• Ability to design a TestNG framework from scratch.
• Experience implementing parallel execution in TestNG.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Financial Services, Wealth Management or Banking industry experience.
• Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
• Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field.
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university.

• Computer science background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software development engineering testing solutions using tools such as Java.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Configure and deploy SDET solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
