As a Technical Lead - SDET, the role involves developing and maintaining automation frameworks, tools, and scripts to ensure software quality. This includes participating in code reviews, developing test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Requirements

• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright and TestNG
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java
• Expertise in using interfaces, inheritance and abstraction in an automation framework
• Experience handling dependency injection or configuration management in Java based frameworks
• Ability to design a TestNG framework from scratch
• Experience implementing parallel execution in TestNG
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Financial Services, Wealth Management or Banking industry experience
• Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
• Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university

• Computer science background is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software development engineering testing solutions using tools such as Java.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Configure and deploy SDET solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
