About The Position

Capgemini is hiring a Senior Technical Scrum Master with strong DevOps project exposure and hands-on experience supporting Agile delivery in highly technical, cloud-based, and CI/CD-driven environments.Your role. Lead multiple Agile teams through the full Scrum lifecycle, ensuring strong adoption of Scrum values, roles, events, and artifacts in technical delivery environments.. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) with a strong focus on engineering execution, flow, and delivery predictability.. Partner closely with DevOps, platform, cloud, and engineering teams to align Agile planning with CI/CD pipelines and release activities.. Coach teams toward self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement in highly automated, DevOps-enabled delivery models.. Identify and remove impediments related to environments, deployments, automation, dependencies, and release readiness.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE strong DevOps project exposure, working closely with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation-focused engineering teams.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Scrum Master supporting cloud, platform, DevOps, or infrastructure teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery in DevOps environments, including CI/CD, automation, release management, and observability concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers on backlog refinement for technical work such as infrastructure, automation, security, and reliability improvements.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities
