In this role, you will drive innovative computational biology, AI/ML model development, and integrative omics strategies to inform clinical development for precision medicine.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
  • 2+ years postdoctoral or industry experience in large-scale omics data analysis (eg. proteomics, transcriptomics, genomics), preferably in clinical studies.
  • Strong background in AI/ML modeling for identifying pharmacodynamic signatures, treatment response signatures, disease signatures, and biological pathways, uncovering mechanistic insights linking to clinical outcomes.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in high-performance and cloud computing, workflow design, and pipeline development and optimization.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in clinical omics, biomarker identification, and translational medicine.
  • Experience with network/pathway analysis, predictive modeling, mediation analysis and causal inference.
  • Familiarity with multi-omics models and integrating data across multiple platforms, datasets and batches.
  • Experience in defining research strategies and setting project milestones to drive innovation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for multidisciplinary audiences.
  • Track record of impactful research with publications in top-tier journals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enhancement and application of the Clinical Omics framework — modular pipelines for identifying molecular signatures across clinical studies.
  • Provide technical leadership and define architecture strategies for the multiomics solution/product.
  • Design and execute advanced computational analyses, manipulate multiomics datasets (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic), drive algorithm selection/application, develop AI/ML models and build reproducible pipelines.
  • Generate actionable insights, perform data visualization, and partner with cross‑disciplinary scientists to translate analytics into therapeutic impact.
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of modular, scalable pipelines integrating genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and clinical metadata.
  • Drive multi-omics QC and integration across study designs and across assay platforms for clinical trial and real-world datasets.
  • Develop analysis workflow/pipelines/visualizations to identify/characterize biomarkers and pathways; generate mechanistic insights linking to clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to apply insights into portfolio programs to support precision strategy and clinical development (patient selection/subtyping, asset evaluation, regulatory discussion and marketing strategies).
  • Provide technical leadership and set project strategies, technical milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure computational workflows follow best practices for data integrity, reproducibility, and engineering.
  • Communicate the approach and findings effectively to diverse collaborators and stakeholders through internal/external reports, presentations and publications.
  • Enhance the organization’s Omics data foundation and technical capabilities.
