Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Food Science, Food Science and Technology, or a related field
• Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in a related occupation: working in industrial food, ingredient, or flavor industry
• Working with formula ingredients, raw materials and their function
• Developing finished product formulations incorporating technologies, and meeting industrial standards, country specifics, and client requirements including profile, legal, cost, and stability requirements
• Providing technical guidance on problems relating to raw materials, solutions, finished prototypes and initial scale-up procedures
• Creating and executing training programs for technical and commercial staff
• Providing technical services to customers including plant trials, troubleshooting, and trainings
• Participating in in-house visits including answering technical questions and conducting seminars and presentations
• 30% national travel required
