About The Position

Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. Role Purpose Responsible for the scheduling of outpatient services including full pre-registration and order processing tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• <2 years

Responsibilities

• Helping the nursing staff run the schedule
• Help keep the department moving by scheduling cases
• Making phone calls
• Ordering supplies
• Collects copays as required.
• Schedules out-patient in an accurate and timely manner.
