Role description: Arcadis seeks a Senior Scheduler to join our team in Los Angeles. This role plays a critical part in supporting Arcadis' construction management teams by applying your scheduling expertise to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ scheduling experience in large civil projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or business.
  • Experience using Primavera P6.

Nice To Haves

  • AACE International certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cost loaded and integrated project master schedule, control level schedule and detailed schedules.
  • Identify key activities, milestones, constraints, and interfaces for coordination purposes.
  • Establish and monitor the schedule critical path and assess schedule variances.
  • Support project and program meetings and review contractor schedule deliverables in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Perform schedule impact analysis of potential delay items and provide recommendations for delay mitigation.
  • Develop schedule contingency analysis. Perform contingency drawdown analysis as part of forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Evaluate schedule trends and develop mitigation measures to deliver projects on-time.
  • Maintain all data within the Project Management Information System (PMIS).

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
