About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Scheduler to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic and fast-paced world of immersive entertainment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Events in a Content Management system, in preparation for publishing on the App and Web for ticket on sale for our Cosm venues. In addition, gather marketing assets and provide QA support for the overall volume of Events we have scheduled to achieve our goal of Event execution across Sports and Entertainment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Content Operations environment, including experience in the entertainment or media industry, with sports being a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across business functions such as Media, Marketing, Venue Ops, Product and Strategy.
  • Experience and understanding the use of Content Management tools and Metadata.
  • Project management skills with the ability to plan and execute workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for delivering high-quality content to customers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain all assets needed for a Cosm Event via clear written and verbal communication with key stakeholders across Content, Marketing, Venue Ops and Strategy teams.
  • Manage asset delivery proactively with stakeholders, with detailed milestone timelines and reminders as needed, ensuring no deliverables are late.
  • Quality checks all assets including videos, images, and metadata to ensure they meet Cosm standards.
  • Input video, images, and metadata into an internal Content Management System.
  • Update details and any changes in the Content Management System to put forward the best customer experience when attending a Cosm event.
  • Support the Scheduling and Content operations team to evaluate the content schedule and determine the volume of lift required to fulfill peak seasons for ticket on sale.
  • Collaborate as a team to update all policies, guidelines, and processes for Content Operations from delivery, file and data organization, quality assurance, to final publishing to consumer facing endpoints.
  • Support the Director of Scheduling & Content Operations to develop best practice procedures for scheduling Events and creating Programs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Scheduling & Content Operations to optimize and develop established processes to improve efficiency and end customer experience.
  • This role requires being on–call in rotation on weekday evenings and weekends where needed.
