About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and advisor, guiding project architecture and ensuring best practices across multiple Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce development, a strong programming background, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful business solutions.

Requirements

Advanced Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, Python, SOQL, and SOSL, with a proven ability to design robust solutions.
Platform Mastery: Extensive experience with Salesforce technologies including Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and API integrations.
Strategic Problem Solver: Capable of identifying root causes of complex issues and designing innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Technical Leadership & Communication: Skilled at conveying complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences; experience leading technical discussions and mentoring others.
Business Acumen & Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including significant work with Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
Strong background in programming with JavaScript and Python; skilled in using SOQL/SOSL for data access and manipulation.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required
Demonstrated success in a senior or lead developer role, ideally within an Agile environment.

Nice To Haves

additional certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Serve as a technical lead on Salesforce projects, providing direction on architecture, integration, and code quality.
Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable solutions.
Mentor and support junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and adherence to coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and oversee testing strategies.
Lead integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Optimize platform performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
