Senior Salesforce Developer (Enterprise Delivery)

This role supports a large-scale Salesforce program led by a global consulting firm, requiring developers who can perform in complex, fast-moving enterprise environments. Role Overview: PCG is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with proven experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions in enterprise Agile environments . This role requires more than technical skill — we are looking for a developer who understands delivery discipline , collaborates effectively with QA and product teams, and takes ownership of outcomes from design through production readiness. This is a 5–6-month Contract Role!!!!
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, workflows, custom objects)
- Proven success delivering within Agile/Scrum teams
- Experience working in enterprise or consulting-led delivery models
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
- Exposure to complex integrations or large data volumes
- Prior experience supporting healthcare or public-sector programs
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into high-quality, maintainable code
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
- Ensure code quality through proper documentation, testing, and peer collaboration
- Deploy functionality across DEV, QA, and UAT environments
- Develop and support integration points using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Partner with QA to support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
- Proactively identify technical risks and propose scalable solutions
