About The Position

We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of public health operations. You'll lead development efforts on complex implementations, mentor junior developers, and help shape the technical direction of solutions that serve health departments nationwide. This role is about building technology that fits how public health actually operates. Your background in public health means you can anticipate needs before they're articulated, push back on designs that won't work in practice, and advocate for the end users who will rely on what you build. You won't just execute on requirements. You'll help define what the right solution looks like. You'll be part of a collaborative team working on our PH360 platform and client implementations. You'll work alongside architects to make technical decisions, guide junior developers in their growth, and bring your public health perspective to every design conversation. We're looking for someone who wants to build systems that genuinely make public health work better. If you've ever been frustrated by technology that didn't fit the reality of public health work, this is your chance to build it right.
