About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Salesforce Developer - Communications Cloud position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-level Salesforce solutions with a focus on Communications Cloud / Vlocity. Lead Enterprise Cart Management (ECM) and complex product modeling initiatives. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant solution blueprints. Define integration patterns and guide development teams through implementation. Optimize Salesforce CPQ, order management flows, and overall Salesforce ecosystem. Ensure seamless integration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft. Required Skills & Expertise: Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity, including CPQ and order management. Broad Salesforce knowledge: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. Data Cloud and MuleSoft integration experience. Strong architectural, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience: Proven Salesforce Developer or Architect experience with Communications Cloud / Vlocity. Hands-on experience with complex product modeling and ECM. Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Requirements
