Job Location-Remote We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer/Agentforce to join our team and help design, build, and deliver scalable, AI-enabled Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Service Cloud, contributing to Agentforce and intelligent automation use cases. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, mentor developers, and support Salesforce delivery end to end—from design to post–go-live.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, unit testing, and the Force.com platform
- Solid experience with Service Cloud (case management, automation, digital channels)
- Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered automation, or intelligent agent use cases
- Strong background in integrations, OOP design patterns, and relational databases
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web services (REST, SOAP)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I – Required
- Salesforce Platform Developer II – Required
- Salesforce AI / Agentforce-related certifications – Required
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant – Preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and AI-enabled workflows
- Implement and support Agentforce and intelligent automation, especially within Service Cloud
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support
- Conduct code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices, scalability, and security
- Create technical documentation and solution designs
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with clients, product owners, architects, and Agile teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts when required.
