ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Production Support Administrator, you’ll be the go‑to expert who keeps our platform running smoothly, empowers our users, and ensures the business can move fast—without friction. You’ll take charge of the platform’s day‑to-day stability by quickly diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving issues that affect users or business processes. From monitoring system performance to managing incident queues, you’ll use your technical instincts to spot problems early and keep operations humming. You’ll dive into automation breakdowns, data inconsistencies, and access challenges—restoring normal operations with minimal downtime and maximum confidence. When deeper issues arise, you’ll perform root‑cause analysis, implement smart, sustainable fixes, and partner closely with developers on anything requiring code‑level attention. In this role, you’ll also own complex user escalations, lead proactive system health checks, and ensure all changes adhere to strong governance and change‑management standards. Your work ensures reliability, scalability, and user trust across the organization. This role can sit full-time in any one of the following locations reporting to the Salesforce Technical Architect: Phoenix, AZ New Haven, CT Berlin, CT
