About The Position

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will own and evolve our Salesforce platform, partnering with business teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. This role is ideal for an experienced admin who enjoys solution design, automation, and stakeholder collaboration in a growing enterprise environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Platform App Builder a plus)
  • Strong experience with Flow, reporting, security, and data management
  • Experience supporting integrations and working with external data sources
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications
  • Exposure to Apex, APIs, or custom development
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Field Service
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Einstein, or AppExchange tools

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design Salesforce solutions
  • Build and maintain automation using Flow and other declarative tools
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and data integrity
  • Create reports and dashboards to support business insights
  • Support integrations with internal systems and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Lead data imports, cleanup, and migrations
  • Train and support end users to drive adoption
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
