About The Position

In this role you will collaborate with project team members and key internal stakeholders to scope out projects and requirements related to Salesforce and other systems. This role involves understanding business needs, designing, configuring and testing. You will understand user stories, code reviews, SOW, and lead discovery meetings, configuration, testing, migration and integration support. You will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity and accuracy for the entire platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience functioning as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Experience in the implementation, customization and configuration of complex workflows withing Salesforce and related systems.
  • Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to software and system administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.

Nice To Haves

  • The ideal candidate has good foundational technical experience of the Salesforce CPQ platform and a proven track record of willingness to learn and keep up to date with Salesforce enhancements and releases

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams addressing strategic business initiatives involving Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and other business systems.
  • Provide advanced end-user support for CPQ and assist with documentation of complex system requirements.
  • Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Translate complex business procedures into system requirements and recommend process enhancements.
  • Serve as the system expert, providing best practices and oversight of system architecture to ensure scalable processes
  • Work with internal stakeholders to recommend process enhancements and gain acceptance of proposed system design.
  • Analyze, design, and configure software to develop and implement systems to meet business and technical requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including Requirements and Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Test Cases other documentation as required through the project lifecycle
  • Mentor & train junior team members, and provide guidance on, and accountability to, best practices.
  • Work with internal team members to define use cases for implementing AI.
