In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with global Sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to excel. You’ll partner with cross‑functional leaders across Product, Marketing, and other key groups to stay aligned on releases, messaging, and readiness needs. You’ll also work hand‑in-hand with stakeholders who rely on your expertise to deliver impactful training, drive performance, and support major sales events. What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? Designing and executing a global, multi‑tiered sales training strategy that elevates performance across diverse regions and experience levels. Creating dynamic, multi‑modal learning experiences (ILT, VILT, eLearning) that strengthen product knowledge, onboarding, and certification outcomes. Continuously assessing training effectiveness, identifying performance gaps, and building innovative solutions that directly impact sales readiness. Partnering with cross‑functional leaders to translate product updates, launches, and market changes into clear, actionable training content. Leading or supporting the development and execution of large‑scale global sales events that bring teams together for alignment, learning, and inspiration. Managing multiple high‑visibility projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality, precision, and speed in a fast-moving environment.
