The Sr. Sales Support Coordinator provides advanced sales and operational support to the Walmart team, with a specialization in Walmart US, Walmart Canada, Sam’s Club, and Walmart.com. Acting as a critical liaison between Sales, Planning, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service, this role ensures seamless backend execution for one of our largest retail partners while upholding the high standards of the Sales Support function. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and Customer Service, the Coordinator is deeply embedded in Walmart-specific tools and processes, including Retail Link and order pattern analysis. This role is responsible for handling complex customer needs, ensuring accuracy and compliance in account execution, and partnering cross-functionally to drive sales growth and program success. Success in this role requires operational expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. The Coordinator will play a key role in resolving issues, optimizing performance, and identifying growth opportunities, setting the stage for account expansion and career development within a dynamic retail ecosystem.
