About The Position

Our client is IT Company and they specialized in enabling digital transformation for enterprises and technology providers by delivering seamless customer experiences, business efficiency and actionable insights. We’re seeking a Senior Sales & Solutions Leader for Retail, CPG & Consumer Brands (RCPG) who can own and grow multi-million-dollar AI portfolios with leading retailers and CPG manufacturers. You will translate category, shopper, and supply chain priorities into AI programs on BlueVerse, operating at the intersection of store and DC operations, digital commerce, loyalty, pricing, and retail media. This is a quota-carrying role anchored out of Texas with strong visibility to leadership. Shift the revenue mix from pure services to platform-led growth by driving adoption of BlueVerse Foundry and AI Agents as the standard AI layer across portfolios. Sell Industrialize vertical AI solution packs (e.g., Retail, CPG & Consumer Goods and Supply Chain Customers) with repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and value frameworks. Sell Co-create and co-sell with hyperscalers and ISVs (Azure, AWS, GCP, NVIDIA, Salesforce, Adobe, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.), positioning BlueVerse as the neutral AI orchestration layer on top of partner clouds. Responsible for Standardize AI governance, delivery, and value-tracking to make AI adoption safer, faster, and easier to scale for clients. Work with internal teams in Building a pod-based operating model and leadership bench that can support large-deal constructs, managed AI services, and multi-year AI transformation program

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and account growth roles with Tier-1/2 retailers and/or CPG brands.
  • Strong track record driving digital, data, or AI-led transformation programs across the RCPG value chain.
  • Deep understanding of merchandising, supply chain, store operations, eCommerce, loyalty, and trade/RGM.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, and data platforms in retail/CPG contexts.
  • Understanding of integration with POS, OMS, WMS, ERP, ESP/marketing platforms, commerce platforms, and loyalty systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams on architecture, deployment patterns, and integration approaches across store, supply chain, and digital channels.
  • Strong network and credibility with retail and/or CPG decision-makers in the US, especially in the South/Central regions.
  • Proven experience in hunting and growing strategic accounts with measurable revenue and margin impact.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams and to balance strategic vision with execution discipline.
  • High energy, resilience, and comfort operating in fast-changing market and technology landscapes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with or selling into major retailers and CPGs (e.g., Walmart, Target, Kroger, Costco, H-E-B, Albertsons, Home Depot, Lowe’s, CVS, Walgreens, PepsiCo, P&G, Unilever, Nestlé, Mondelez, Kraft Heinz, etc.).
  • Background in retail media, shopper marketing, or loyalty platforms is a plus.
  • Consulting / SI background with exposure to large RCPG transformation programs.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM & Revenue for BFS AI Accounts
  • Own revenue and pipeline targets across a portfolio of retail and CPG accounts in North America.
  • Build multi-year AI roadmaps spanning supply chain, store operations, merchandising, commerce, loyalty, and media.
  • Run end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through closure and account expansion.
  • AI Solution & Advisory Leadership
  • Advise Chief Digital Officers, Chief Merchants, Supply Chain Heads, CMOs, and CIOs on AI-driven value creation.
  • Shape solution blueprints covering demand forecasting and replenishment, store/DC operations copilots, pricing and promotions, assortment optimization, personalization and recommendations, search and content, retail media, and trade promotion/RGM use cases.
  • Create high-impact demos and POCs that link AI initiatives to measurable outcomes such as sell-through, margin, on-shelf availability, basket size, and NPS.
  • Eco-System & Co-Sell Motions
  • Build joint GTM motions with hyperscalers and retail/CPG platforms (commerce, supply chain, marketing clouds, and analytics).
  • Align with partner field teams in Texas and across North America to source and co-sell opportunities.
  • Storytelling, Proposals & Executive Conversations
  • Translate BlueVerse capabilities into category and brand-centric narratives that resonate with senior retail and CPG executives.
  • Lead executive workshops, value discovery sessions, and roadmap exercises focused on P&L and category outcomes.
  • Own proposals and commercial constructs that align AI investments to business value for both retailers and CPGs.
  • Internal Leadership & Market Feedback
  • Feed domain and field learnings into RCPG solution packs and category-specific agents on BlueVerse.
  • Help build a Retail/CPG GTM pod spanning industry consultants, solution engineers, and data/ML experts.
