We’re seeking a Senior Sales & Solutions Leader for Retail, CPG & Consumer Brands (RCPG) who can own and grow multi-million-dollar AI portfolios with leading retailers and CPG manufacturers. You will translate category, shopper, and supply chain priorities into AI programs on BlueVerse, operating at the intersection of store and DC operations, digital commerce, loyalty, pricing, and retail media. This is a quota-carrying role anchored out of Texas with strong visibility to leadership. Shift the revenue mix from pure services to platform-led growth by driving adoption of BlueVerse Foundry and AI Agents as the standard AI layer across portfolios. Sell Industrialize vertical AI solution packs (e.g., Retail, CPG & Consumer Goods and Supply Chain Customers) with repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and value frameworks. Sell Co-create and co-sell with hyperscalers and ISVs (Azure, AWS, GCP, NVIDIA, Salesforce, Adobe, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.), positioning BlueVerse as the neutral AI orchestration layer on top of partner clouds. Responsible for Standardize AI governance, delivery, and value-tracking to make AI adoption safer, faster, and easier to scale for clients. Work with internal teams in Building a pod-based operating model and leadership bench that can support large-deal constructs, managed AI services, and multi-year AI transformation program
