The Sr. Sales Representative is responsible for the generation and cultivation of potential clients for the Caliber Service Management team, focusing on landscaping, snow removal, construction, and other exterior property services. This role is primarily concerned with new business development in the Great Lakes region, which is currently served by Caliber, but a larger market opportunity expansion exists. Preference will be given to candidates located in key markets like OH. The Sr. Sales Representative will generate new leads and then coordinate with Sales Operations, Estimation, Procurement, and Compliance to reach the award stage, at which point the client relationship is managed by a Caliber Account Manager designated by sales leadership. This is a full-time, remote position with client / prospect related travel across the Great Lakes Region and occasional travel to meet with core team members in the Exton, PA Caliber Headquarters office. This role reports to the VP – Head of Regional & Indirect Sales.
