About The Position

A leading provider of temporary liquid‑handling and fluid‑management solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive new business growth across industrial markets. This role focuses heavily on business development, targeting refineries, petrochemical plants, manufacturing facilities, and other fixed industrial sites. The company delivers engineered solutions including pumps, tanks, filtration systems, spill containment, and turnkey fluid‑handling services. The successful candidate will be a proactive hunter who excels at opening new doors, developing strategic relationships, and closing complex technical sales.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in industrial B2B sales, ideally selling into refineries, petrochemical plants, or heavy industrial facilities.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to penetrate new accounts and build long‑term relationships.
  • Experience with engineered systems, fluid handling, pumps, or industrial equipment is highly beneficial.
  • Strong project‑management skills and the ability to coordinate complex technical solutions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and digital quoting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition within industrial markets, with a strong focus on refineries and fixed facilities.
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for rental and sales of fluid‑handling systems.
  • Expand presence in under‑developed territories through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, including plant managers, maintenance leaders, project engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Assess customer needs and design tailored solutions involving pumps, tanks, filtration, dewatering, and containment systems.
  • Prepare accurate proposals, estimates, and system recommendations for industrial applications.
  • Manage major projects from concept through completion, ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed take‑offs and collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets through a mix of new business and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular on‑site visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Promote full‑service offerings including design, installation, service, and system operation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and forecasting.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, refinery safety councils, and technical forums.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, Lunch & Learns, and site‑specific presentations to drive awareness and adoption.
