About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aggregates market. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in a sales or business development role.
- Experience in outside sales within the building materials or construction industry
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decisions.
