The Custom Digital Learning (CDL) team builds bespoke digital learning experiences that accelerate change and business impact. Our work blends creative design, cutting-edge technology, and consulting expertise to help organizations engage learners at scale and drive measurable outcomes. We're looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Custom Digital Learning business. This person will serve as a trusted advisor and digital learning expert—helping BTS client teams and senior executives shape impactful learning strategies and solutions. This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, Sales & Marketing, CDL, and playing a key part in expanding our digital footprint across BTS's global client base. This role is based in Toronto and we have a hybrid work environment with an expectation of at least 1-2 days a week in our Toronto office.
