As a Senior Sales Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building a high performing revenue organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top tier sales talent. Your primary focus will be hunting, sourcing, and assessing candidates for quota carrying and sales leadership roles across our go to market organization. You will partner closely with sales leadership to understand hiring priorities, territory needs, and growth targets, and use your market knowledge and outbound recruiting expertise to attract proven sellers who can consistently drive pipeline, close revenue, and support the companyâs growth objectives.
