About The Position

Spend your time closing rather than cold-calling; our client will provide a steady stream of high-quality, pre-qualified leads. Work directly with experienced crews to troubleshoot real-time challenges and ensure your vision for the client is executed perfectly. Strategic Lead Conversion: Manage a high-volume pipeline of company-provided, high-quality leads while proactively identifying opportunities for upsells or long-term maintenance programs. CRM & Pipeline Oversight: Maintain documentation of client interactions, job notes, and sales progress using digital CRM tools to ensure seamless handoffs to production teams. Take the Wheel: A company vehicle is provided for all onsite evaluations and project oversight, ensuring you have the mobility needed to succeed. Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years in professional sales with a proven track record of estimating and closing large-scale service contracts in project-based industries (construction, home services, tree services, grading/drainage, landscaping, or fence installation)
  • Highly organized and proficient in using CRM software and digital estimating tools to manage a dynamic daily schedule.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
