About The Position

Spend your time closing rather than cold -calling; our client will provide a steady stream of high -quality, pre -qualified leads. Work directly with experienced crews to troubleshoot real -time challenges and ensure your vision for the client is executed perfectly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years in professional sales with a proven track record of estimating and closing large -scale service contracts in project -based industries (construction, home services, tree services, grading/drainage, landscaping, or fence installation)
  • Highly organized and proficient in using CRM software and digital estimating tools to manage a dynamic daily schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high -volume pipeline of company -provided, high -quality leads while proactively identifying opportunities for upsells or long -term maintenance programs.
  • Maintain documentation of client interactions, job notes, and sales progress using digital CRM tools to ensure seamless handoffs to production teams.
  • A company vehicle is provided for all onsite evaluations and project oversight, ensuring you have the mobility needed to succeed. Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
