In this role, you will be a part of the NA Sales GO-TO-MARKET (GTM) Operations team, directly reporting into the NA Sales GTM Operations Director. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining close collaboration with key partners across the Nike matrix including, but not limited to, Global/Geo Sales GTM teams, NA Sport teams, NA Account teams, Finance, Planning and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Nike North America marketplace, retail accounts and the consumers they serve. They will help drive and deliver premium experiences through enhanced processes, tools and assets that enable account teams to grow revenue, margin and market share. This role requires a self-starter mentality, the ability to build, influence and cultivate cross-functional collaboration across the Nike organization, and work in a team atmosphere.
