Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform. We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations & Deal Desk Analyst to support our growing sales organization. This role plays a critical part in optimizing our sales processes, managing complex deal structures, and driving operational efficiency across the revenue cycle. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of deals as a core responsibility. This entails applying expertise in CPQ quote development and training reps on its usage. You should be highly proficient in Salesforce reporting and dashboarding, excel-based analysis, and supporting the selling organizations on all elements of revenue operations. The ability to work a hybrid schedule in our Burlington, MA office is preferred but not required.
