About The Position

The Deal Desk Manager will serve as a strategic leader in driving sales execution, pricing strategy, and operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle. This role is responsible for streamlining deal processes, ensuring governance, and enabling Sales to close deals quickly and profitably. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product Marketing—to manage complex deals, optimize pricing frameworks, and maintain scalable proposal tools. This position is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment and enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on operational execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Contract Management within SaaS, AdTech, or high-growth tech environments
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, pricing strategies, discount governance, and contract negotiation
  • Experience with sales proposal tools, CPQ systems, or automated quoting frameworks
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product Marketing, and Operations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance speed with accuracy
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Structure complex deals from proposal to close, ensuring compliance, profitability, and alignment with internal policies
  • Review and approve deals, including pricing, terms, discounting, and contract considerations
  • Draft and manage contract redlines in partnership with Legal, maintaining commercial viability and balanced risk
  • Own proposal generation tools and frameworks to enable efficient, accurate, and on-brand proposals
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to maintain templates, deal guides, approval matrices, and contract playbooks
  • Analyze deal trends, discount patterns, and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities for optimization
  • Partner with Finance and Systems teams to support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and Salesforce enhancements
  • Implement scalable workflows and feedback loops to improve deal execution and enablement across teams
