Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain data integrity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and initiative.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business with reporting and analytics, collecting and interpreting sales data to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and design compelling presentations for stakeholders to communicate key insights and performance metrics.
  • Manage sales data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness while reinforcing data hygiene best practices.
  • Serve as a Salesforce data subject matter expert (SME) with a deep understanding of coding and system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine sales and revenue forecasts using Salesforce reporting and Power BI.
  • Monitor sales-related expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and targets.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales processes to assure consistency.
  • Assist in territory planning and target setting processes as needed, ensuring adherence to proper maintenance of territory maps and account assignments.
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with sales ops, marketing, finance, and growth strategy teams.
