The Senior Analyst focused on Customer Presentations and Deal Support plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales organization to win, grow, and activate new business. This role sits at the intersection of content creation, strategic storytelling, and deal support, with a strong emphasis on supporting high impact customer meetings. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Commercial Development, and other cross functional teams to support key customer engagements—including top-to-top meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other strategic customer discussions—by developing compelling presentation decks, clear agendas, and cohesive meeting narratives that translate our value proposition into meaningful, customer relevant stories, while also leading and supporting RFP (Request for Proposal) efforts that drive new customer opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Communications, or related functions.
  • Advanced experience creating executive ready, customer facing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong storytelling and visual design skills, including data visualization.
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy and value propositions into customer relevant messaging.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint required; Excel strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

  • Embrace agility and speed while bringing stakeholders along through influence rather than authority.
  • Participate in and at times lead projects and initiatives that enhance Sales effectiveness and overall business performance.
  • Partner with Sales to develop high-quality, visually compelling, customer facing PowerPoint presentations, including executive decks, QBRs, and major deal materials.
  • Support key customer meetings (top-to-top, QBRs, and other strategic meetings) by creating story-led decks and agendas that drive clear, confident conversations.
  • Apply storytelling and visual design best practices to translate complex data and business needs into clear, persuasive, and data driven sales materials.
  • Translate Nestlé Professional Solutions’ value proposition into customer relevant messaging tailored to specific audiences and business challenges.
  • Actively challenge and refine requests by asking thoughtful questions to ensure clarity, alignment, and effectiveness of deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment, while leading and supporting RFP/RFI efforts and managing timelines.
