About The Position

We're hiring a Senior Sales Leader to win and grow enterprise healthcare accounts that value speed, reliability, and scale. You'll sell a solution that can produce vetted talent shortlists within hours, support high-volume multi-site req loads, and deliver fills in days - not weeks. You'll also bring Adept's matching API into the conversation, giving facilities a smarter, software-driven way to hire. This role is for senior dealmakers who want to close big contracts and represent a delivery engine that actually performs at enterprise scale. Sell into health systems, hospitals, and multi-site operators - focusing on large, strategic partnerships. Lead full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, pitching, solution design, negotiation, and close. Demonstrate our speed advantage with real data: instant high-fit shortlists, rapid compliance, and dramatically reduced time-to-fill. Position our hybrid offering: AI-powered staffing delivery + talent-matching API for systemwide hiring improvement. Work with Recruiting and Account Management to ensure flawless first impressions and rapid expansion of new accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience closing six- or seven-figure enterprise deals (staffing, healthcare services, or related)
  • Ability to engage senior operational, HR, and clinical leaders
  • Comfort selling both talent delivery and technology products
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence navigating long sales cycles
  • Excitement about representing a fast, tech-enabled delivery engine
