About The Position

This role is an exciting opportunity to drive sales across a diverse product portfolio in the abrasives industry. You’ll directly manage key accounts, collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager, and play an integral role in operations once you're fully onboarded.

  • Prior experience or knowledge of manufacturing industrial tools or products a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts (approximately 8–10 large accounts).
  • Travel regularly (~50% monthly) alongside sales reps and agents to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Interface regularly with the National Sales Manager, working together on incentive strategies, performance tracking, and boosting team morale.
  • Operate primarily from the plant location, ensuring alignment with both sales and operations.
  • Bring a competitive, motivated sales drive
  • Once acclimated to the organization’s business and the culture, candidate will take on operational responsibilities such as managing the HR and Finance team.
