We are seeking a Senior Business Development Lead for our Fresh Coast team, who builds relationships, drives sales, and helps scales tech-enabled consulting opportunities in our Climate & Carbon, Sustainability, and Water & Nature service areas. This role – focused on developing consulting projects and successfully executing them with clients – requires collaborating with the group’s co-founders, technical experts, and customer success team in addition to key teams within Cascade Energy. Additionally, success in the role will require building strong relationships with clients, determining customer needs, develop quotes and innovative proposals for services, collaborating with customer success to close sales, executing a successful handoff to appropriate staff for service delivery, and remaining connected to the customer and the work, to ensure success and position for additional opportunities to serve the customer. This role is focused on delivering outcomes that directly contribute to team and business goals. This role will be focused on driving growth and scaling Fresh Coast’s consulting services.
