About The Position

As a Senior Sales Executive Manager, you will bring leadership, mentorship, and sales coaching to a team of full-cycle Account Executives based out of our Boston hub. You should have a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams by raising-the-bar with new hires, setting team goals, motivating reps, and developing a passionate group of professionals. Requirements

  • Tenured experience as a Sales Manager responsible for pipeline generation, revenue accountability and people leadership
  • Solid experience in a B2B technology or Software / SaaS company. Experience in start-up environments is preferable
  • Persistence, resilience, humility, and scrappiness. You must be a builder and go-getter
  • Empathetic leadership and team development skills
  • Consistent track record of scaling positive organizational cultures that attract great people and keep them motivated
  • Experienced in building, scaling, coaching and leading Sales teams
  • Someone who doesn’t just manage but really engages with the team on a more personal level to ensure team alignment and employee wellness

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategy & tactics to reach or exceed all team quotas
  • Collaborate closely with our Partnerships team to integrate global partnership strategy and any local partnerships into the workflow of your team
  • Work in collaboration with your VP Sales, fellow sales managers, critical support functions to define the forecast and resourcing
  • Align regularly with leaders of Account Management to define resourcing for the Account Management team and create fusion across Sales, Implementation, and Account Management
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Hold weekly 1:1s to design and facilitate team meetings/training sessions
  • Recruit, develop, manage, coach, and mentor a world class Sales team for Perk US.
  • Develop in-depth and detailed understanding of Perk products and GTM strategy to confidently provide mentorship for your sales team
  • Motivate at both the team and individual levels, building a strong culture of high performance, constant training and support among all team members
  • Build reports for senior leadership regarding your team, sector and market
  • Input on the overall strategy for TK US and the global company
  • Leverage Demand Gen and Marketing resources to optimize the existing lead funnel & drive lead generation
