As a Sales Engineer at Synthflow, you’ll be the technical backbone of our sales organization — helping enterprise prospects understand, evaluate, and envision the impact of Synthflow’s AI phone agent solutions. You’ll combine deep technical knowledge with compelling communication and storytelling to uncover customer pain points, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate the power of our platform. You’ll work side-by-side with Account Executives, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges sales, product, and engineering to ensure every customer engagement is technically sound, strategically aligned, and impactful. This is a pre-sales role focused on technical discovery, solution design, proof-of-concepts, and technical win.
