Your Impact As our Sr Sales Enablement Manager , you’ll support the Global GTM Enablement team by equipping our global Business Development and Account Executive teams with the skills, tools, processes, and content needed to win enterprise deals. You will drive our transformation from a technical sell to a value-based sell, translating business needs into effective enablement strategies. This role is hybrid, with three days a week spent in our Boston office. What Sets You Apart You're a creative problem-solver who is wired to find solutions. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales, focusing on Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic sales motions into large, complex Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message™, and other enterprise sales frameworks.
  • Experience designing and delivering high-impact training programs both in-person and virtually.
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts to inspire both seasoned and entry-level sellers.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • AI Aptitude: A genuine curiosity for using AI tools to work smarter and more effectively, paired with a drive to learn and put them into practice in your role.

Nice To Haves

  • Command of the Message™ and MEDDPICC certification.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C commerce.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and diverse sales cultures.
  • Familiarity with sales tech stacks, including Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

  • Own new hire onboarding and continuous enablement for Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Build and execute AE enablement programs focusing on complex enterprise deal cycles, including multi-threaded discovery, RFP management, and executive alignment.
  • Support the adoption of value-based selling by embedding MEDDPICC and Command of the Message™ into all sales motions.
  • Create BDR learning programs and playbooks to drive skill mastery and internal promotion pathways.
  • Deliver live and on-demand training sessions and coaching engagements to drive real behavioral change.
  • Continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance data from platforms like Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce.
