Location: Appliance Park - Louisville, KY (On-site) The Senior Sales Operations Analyst for BG&I functions as a GE Appliances E commerce Manager for Buying Groups and Independent Dealers. This role owns the end-to-end execution and optimization of GE Appliances’ online presence across BG&I partner websites, ensuring best in class product presentation, seamless new product launches, and strong conversion performance. The position blends strategic planning, digital commerce execution, analytics, and cross functional leadership. The role serves as a central advisor and owner of online sales strategy, working closely with Buying Group partners, Dealer Marketing and Digital teams, internal brand teams, and field sales to drive revenue growth and a superior online customer experience. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, technical understanding of E commerce platforms and item data management systems, and the ability to influence and guide designers, copywriters, developers, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Commerce roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Online Sales Growth Develop and execute online sales strategies across BG&I platforms to meet revenue and operating plan targets.
  • Drive product line strategy, pricing execution, promotions, and new product introductions to improve conversion and speed to market.
  • Advise internal and external partners on E commerce best practices aligned with GE Appliances’ house of brands strategy.
  • Website and Platform Management Advise on the development, design, testing, and ongoing optimization of BG&I E commerce websites to ensure a user friendly, leading edge experience.
  • Ensure best in class product content, brand presentation, and digital shelf execution across all partner platforms.
  • Manage Item Data Management interfaces to ensure accurate, timely product, pricing, and promotional data.
  • Marketing, Merchandising, and Execution Execute GE Appliances marketing campaigns and new product introductions across BG&I digital platforms.
  • Own relationships with merchandising and execution partners to ensure alignment between digital strategy and field execution.
  • Leverage brand advocacy programs and digital scorecards to drive above category performance.
  • Drive communication and execution of digital initiatives across field sales teams.
  • Analytics and Optimization Use data and analytics to understand customer behavior, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities to improve site performance and conversion rates.
  • Manage reporting and digital performance metrics to support overall business management and decision making.
  • Leadership and Cross Functional Influence Advise and collaborate with copywriters, designers, developers, sales leaders, and marketing partners to deliver a cohesive online experience.
  • Lead internship and account team CDP programs and coordinate formal customer meetings and events.
