About The Position

We are seeking a Senior SDR who can operate at an executive level — initiating strategic conversations with CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering around: Modernization risk Technical debt exposure Architectural fragility AI governance gaps Velocity vs. structural risk trade-offs You will not pitch “developers.” You will lead insight-driven conversations aligned to our Challenger + GAP diagnostic model.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SDR/BDR experience in: IT consulting, Enterprise SaaS, Digital transformation services, Cloud or AI platforms
  • Experience prospecting into CIO / CTO / VP Engineering personas
  • Comfort discussing: Technical debt, Cloud migration, DevOps maturity, AI integration, Enterprise architecture
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Executive presence in written and verbal communication
  • Structured thinker (comfortable with frameworks)
  • Curious about complex systems
  • Resilient in outbound environments
  • Strong discovery instincts
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
