This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and wants to build a career in sales by creating opportunities and owning outcomes from the ground up. Our software helps home service businesses connect with their customers, build trust and loyalty, and drive measurable business growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in that growth by identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and qualifying prospects through direct, fact-based sales conversations. As an SDR, you will spend the majority of your time in outbound sales activities. Success in this role requires comfort operating with limited direction, making real-time decisions, and adapting your approach based on results. You will be expected to take ownership of your pipeline, manage priorities independently, and consistently move opportunities forward. Performance is measured by outcomes, not just activity. You will engage small business owners and leaders through outbound calls, uncover needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule demos with Account Executives once qualification criteria are met.
