About The Position

Are you an experienced SDR/BDR who thrives on owning the top of the funnel, engaging senior decision-makers, and driving meaningful conversations? We're looking for someone who knows how to open doors—and keep them open. You’ll be the first point of contact with some of the most influential leaders in healthcare. Your conversations set the tone for the entire sales process and help shape how we bring our solution to market.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven ability to run cold outbound motions (calls, email, LinkedIn) targeting Director/ VP-level and C-suite personas
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions
  • Confident conducting structured discovery and qualifying opportunities
  • A self-starter who wants to grow, take ownership, and contribute to building a world-class sales engine
