About The Position

Record360 is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our fully remote revenue team. This role is designed for a proven outbound SDR who can ramp quickly, operate with minimal oversight, and consistently generate high-quality pipeline in a competitive SaaS environment. The Senior SDR will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by owning complex prospecting motions, supporting strategic accounts, and setting the bar for outbound excellence. Our mobile and web applications are used by equipment, truck, and car rental companies to streamline workflows and accurately document asset condition. Customers love Record360 because we help reduce damage disputes, improve customer service, and modernize the way rental businesses operate. Role Overview As a Senior SDR, you will be responsible for generating a disproportionate share of pipeline through high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to target strategic accounts, break into complex organizations, and consistently book qualified demos that convert to revenue. This role is ideal for someone who has already mastered the fundamentals of outbound sales and is ready to operate at a higher level — delivering immediate impact while helping elevate the broader SDR motion.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of SDR or inside sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated history of top-tier performance (quota attainment, rankings, or awards)
  • Proven success in high-volume cold calling environments
  • Experience prospecting into multi-location, operationally complex businesses
  • Strong understanding of outbound strategy, sequencing, and objection handling
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach (or similar tools), G Suite, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in or exposure to heavy equipment, trucking, or rental industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate net-new pipeline through a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and multi-touch sequences
  • Own prospecting into complex SMB and mid-market/enterprise accounts within the heavy equipment and trucking rental space
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to align on account strategy, target personas, and demo qualification
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly SQL and pipeline targets
  • Leverage strong discovery skills to uncover pain, urgency, and buying intent
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Outreach and Salesforce, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Serve as a role model for outbound best practices, messaging quality, and activity discipline
  • Provide informal mentorship and feedback to newer SDRs as needed
